Returns

Your rights to return goods are safeguarded under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations and the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Customers may cancel their order within 14 working days of receipt of goods for a complete refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

All goods must be returned within 14 days and in a saleable condition, unless they are defective or not as described. Items must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Where goods are returned due to a change of mind, the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. The Company cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during return transit, so it is recommended that you use a tracked or insured service.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights in the event that the goods supplied are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In such instances, the Company will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the affected items.

All terms apply at the time of order. We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Please review our website for the most current version.

Should any clause of these terms be held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that clause shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
